Mentoring is done in small groups of six participants, to allow each to reap the full benefits of the process. The small number of participants allows participation without the need for formal structuring. Individualisation is thus achieved, consistent with the overall DNActive philosophy. The participants will have the opportunity to be exposed to the DNActive approach in a non-intimidating way.
The small-group mentoring program is geared towards integration into many disciplines and training curricula. The areas covered encompass universal skills for balance, focus, organisation and prosperity. The cultivation of new habits is key to the success of the program, something which cannot be achieved through one-day seminars and workshops. During the duration of the mentorship program, a growing bond is developed between the facilitator and participants, as well as amongst the participants, due to increase in familiarity and shared experience.
